the breakfast had great choices. the hotel itself featured beautiful decoration throughout. i especially liked that the front desk upgraded my room without my request. the indoor pool offered warm water, something i really needed after a long trip.
the elevators were slow. i often waited several minutes to get one, an inconvenience. it was particularly noticeable when the hotel was busy and detracted from the overall experience.

The gym was alright. It had the equipment i needed, i suppose.
The elevators were a nightmare. i waited ages for one. It seemed like i was wasting half my vacation just standing there! also, the service in the restaurants was not great. i had to ask multiple times for coffee refills, it was annoying

i found the breakfast to be diverse. the hotel offered many options, and i noticed the staff replenished items frequently. my room included a comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, and a nice shower.
my room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon on some days (i didn't like that). the elevators were sometimes slow. i occasionally waited up to 10 minutes for an elevator when the hotel was busy.

the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. i received an early check-in and a late check-out and my room got upgraded, that was so nice. it.
music from the hotel's soul restaurant continued until midnight at an extreme volume. the bass shook the windows, which wasn't ideal. they offered a room switch, but it was late
